As many of us anticipate the challenge of preparing a special meal over the holidays, we can be relieved that we won’t be catering for this many guests. Over the course of December, their 50 staff made up of 17 nationalities will serve 32 thousand slices of pizza, 90 thousand portions of Thai & Indian curries and cook 1000kg of turkey, as well as simply thousands of Brussels sprouts and pigs in blankets!

Every year hundreds of thousands of people across the UK visit all you can eat restaurants. So how do you feed people as much as they want for a set price and keep your business booming at this particularly demanding time of year?

Working hard to stand out from their competitors, they’ve pulled out all the stops: from live cooking demonstrations, crackers on the tables and decorations, and entertainers to keep the queue entertained. There’s even a life-size Christmas pudding on roller skates. Will it be enough to catch the eye of the festive office parties, family gatherings and those all-important non-reservation customers? With an average party size of around 30 people and 30-40 parties a day on the weekends, how will the staff keep up?
