What’s it like working with Icon Films Ltd?

Icon Films is a truly independent TV production company. We are looking for the inquisitive, the ambitious, creative, tenacious and the people who get things done. We work hard, we challenge our people and we provide opportunities for career development. We expect our people to take responsibility for themselves and others and work collaboratively in an ever changing, creative environment. We want to work with people who are passionate about what they, and will do it to the best of their abilities and support their colleagues to do their best work with, and for us. We promote continued development in careers from Production through to the support departments such as Finance and HR. The wellbeing of our teams is not an initiative, it is part of our culture, there is no one size fits all and so we continually review what we are doing to care for our people and their wellbeing and help our teams to care about each other. Ultimately, we are a presentation business, this is evident not only in our productions but our office space and our output. Are you up for the challenge?
