I joined Icon in the summer of 2018 as Head of Development, based between London and Bristol, spearheading a drive into UK programming.

Prior to this I worked at Mentorn Media for many years, being promoted to Head of Development in 2014

In my time at Mentorn, I helped devise many popular factual shows including Fried Chicken Shop, Crazy About One Direction, Cats Make You LOL, Hotel of Mum and Dad, Inside the Gang, The Jihadis Next Door, Inside London Fire Brigade, Things Not to Ask and many more.

I have also worked in the creative teams for many top companies including Endemol, MTV International, the BBC, Ricochet and Rise Films where I helped create successful fact ent, format and documentary ideas including Meat the Family, Service, Young Butcher of the Year and many more.
